It is unnecessary to pay a pet deposit or adhere to breed restrictions if the animal is a service animal for a person with a disability. Proof of current rabies vaccinations and licenses (if legally applicable) is required, as is a signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal.
